Hi my name is Al Murphy and I created this blog “JoyfulDelice” to give individuals positive affirmations, who may be struggling to find their truth. You may be asking yourself, what is considered “my truth”. I believe that identity defines truthfulness. Identity is who you are, the way you think about yourself, the way you are viewed by the world and the characteristics that define you. During a person’s upbringing we go through a phase where we self reflect or go through our mid life crisis. The world daily will direct you away from listening to your own calling. Jeremiah 29:11 states “For I know The plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope”. This means that there is not an immediate rescue during the hardships, but it’s a promise that God is constructing something greater for us later in our life. Negativity is a pessimistic mindset. Here’s an example… always looking at the glass half empty without embracing the fullness.. NEVER go in with a situation thinking about the worst case scenario. I chose to remove those deadly seeds in my life and water new seeds that had given me the opportunity to have faith , while blossoming into a beautiful beginning everyday. I learned to forgive my enemies rather than hate them , love unconditionally, and that I only have one life to live. I want to make sure I do everything I can that will make me joyful to be alive. There’s not a day that I don’t thank God. There is not a specific time to receive words of wisdom; encouragement, & positivity to help you find your peace of mind. Try changing your mindset to a more positive perspective on life which will allow you to veer towards your inner peace. Chetna mishera stated, “your greatest responsibility is to love yourself and to know you are enough” . With that being said I created this blog to plant seeds in other individuals and I hope this blog allows you to do the same.
